It was observed that two EpiPens were not stored with the medication authorization form. One EpiPen was expired 7/2024 and the prescription label expired 06/2024, stored with it was generic Benadryl also without the medication authorization. A second EpiPen was within date but not stored with the presription label. The health plans also were not stored with the medications.
